TCS was created by Vincent Morris, a veteran of multiple national political campaigns and one of the most respected communications leaders in Congress. Vincent has worked with local and national organizations to help them drive change and get results. His work has been recognized for its effectiveness and his efforts on your behalf will have an impact.

 

Vincent spent 15 years as a print reporter and covered some of the biggest news stories of the last generation, from 9-11 and the war in Iraq. As a White House deputy bureau chief, he traveled with national political campaigns and covered presidential debates and elections. His expertise is taking complex topics and developing plain messaging that works.

 

While in Congress, Vincent worked for a wide group of House and Senate leaders and helped shape significant legislation. He has the distinction of being the only person to serve as Communications Director for 5 different Congressional committees. Before that, he also worked for the District government on behalf of two different mayors and is one of the few communications experts in DC who is able to toggle between local and national issues seamlessly.
